Our highly customizable technology takes your paper process and brings it into the online space, making it easy to submit a request or respond to one when you are on the road. Users login to a dashboard where they are asked a series of questions about their upcoming trip. These questions are completely customizable, so you can decide what pieces of information you need from your travellers to make that decision. Once complete, the travel request is routed to their approver via email. The approver can review the details of their request and use a link in the email to approve/decline or request clarification on the details. If approved, the traveller will receive a 4 digit approval code which will be required in order to complete their reservation. This code provides an audit trail that will give you the ability to look back and confirm ther person who approved that spending should you ever need to.
